Why do you think American students lag behind students from many other countries, in math and science proficiency?

In America we have more freedom then in other countries, because of that we don't care about it as much as other people in other countries until it is too late instead of learning it when we were in school and don't get the best opportunities we could have if we payed attention in school.

How can we use technology to take better care of our world and its resources?

We can use it to improve our life so that its better and more efficient, this way everyone will be equal and have more options in what they do with their life.

If you were the Principal, what would you do with students that are constantly late to School? Class?

i would be more lienet than the principal we have now, cause i wouldn't make students stand outside until the bell rings i would allow them to go to class if the teacher permitted for them to be in class and i wouldn't make some stupid rule where if you're late three times it counts as an absent and a certain amount of absents you fail for the year.

Have you ever had any experience with a bully or Cyber-bully?

I've had problems with a bully before but never a cyber-bully and i always found some way out of it with help from friends.

Watch what sites your son or daughter goes on and who they talk to.

Yes and no, because cause thanks to the internet we can send messages, pictures, videos, and other things to family and friends over great distances, but as our society advances in technology there are people who seek destroy it through virus, identity theft, and pirating.

It is great for those people who don't come from rich families who can afford tuition and for people who slacked off too much in school to earn themselves a scholarship. If this is true then it is the greatest school ever and more should be made if there aren't any already.

What do you think is the best way to protect children from online predators?

Tell your child about all dangers on the computer and not to give personal information for any site she goes on with out talking to you about it. Also, for littler children you can block certain sites so they won't be tempted to by "accident".

"Control" If students had more control they could get more done and make their school look good and make parents want their children in that school.

Do you think that it was a good idea to postpone the HSPA test today? Why?

No, because some people were unaware that it was postponed and may have missed important classes that they must take or they like taking and don't want to miss. Do to the school not telling everyone there were many people who left school early or just didn't come to school and next time the school should of just canceled school avoiding many potential problems.
